We are excited to announce that Access Lab and WalkMe, the leading digital adoption platform launched a delivery partnership.
Background
The use of ready-to-use cloud services (SaaS) is essential for digital transformation. Since these services are updated at an incomparable speed, the design and operation methods often change before the users get used to the services, and they are not fully utilized. WalkMe solves these problems and helps users to settle in with the introduced services. For several years, Access Lab has focused on WalkMe, which has a proven track record overseas in the digital adaptation platform domain, and has supported its business development in Japan.
About Partner agreement
The service contract will be made between WalkMe and the customer, and Access Lab will conclude a consulting contract with the customer, focusing on the initial implementation, based on its extensive implementation experience.
